If some or all of your playlists aren't appearing in the app, try the following:
1. Go to the Connections screen 2. Disconnect your Amazon account 3. Reconnect your Amazon account 4. Go to the Home screen and check if the playlists appear
If this doesn't resolve the issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll respond within one business day to help you troubleshoot.
Note: There's a known issue where only 100 playlists can be displayed on the Home screen. Playlists are displayed alphabetically, so this issue is more likely to affect playlists that start with a letter that's late in the alphabet. As a workaround, you can add a "0" to the beginning of the playlist name if you want it to be displayed. We're working to resolve this issue.
