My Mighty's battery isn't lasting as long as it should.

There are a few use patterns that could be affecting the life of your battery. We have seen low battery life caused by any combination of Bluetooth playback, higher download quality, or cold temperatures. To check your download quality navigate to the Connections tab, click the Spotify logo, click Download Quality, and check the setting. If you are using your Mighty in cold temperatures, make sure to wear Mighty close to your body to keep it warm.

Mighty Vibe users should get five hours of playback time; Mighty Gen 1 users should get four hours.

Playback time can be affected by a number of factors including the temperature, the Bluetooth accessory used for playback, and the selected audio quality setting. To maximize playback time, we recommend the following -

1. Charge Mighty for two hours prior to usage.
2. If using Mighty in cold temperatures, wear Mighty inside a piece of clothing and close to your body to keep it warm.
3. Use normal Download Quality when syncing your music. To check Download Quality, connect Mighty to the app, go to the Connections screen, click the Spotify logo at the top of the screen, then click Download Quality.
4. Power off Mighty after usage. To power off, press and hold the play button for four seconds until the LED turns orange.
