If you can't hear any music when attempting playback, please first remember that Mighty takes approximately 30 seconds to boot up and won't be able to begin playback until the LED turns from a solid green to a flashing green. Next, confirm that you have successfully synced your playlists by checking the Home screen of the Mighty app. If you have successfully synced your playlists and still cannot hear music through your headphones or speakers, please check either the wired or Bluetooth headphone connection.
If you've followed the steps above and still cannot hear your music, please email us at heyo@bemighty.com and we'll respond within one business day to help you troubleshoot.
Keep in mind - 1. Mighty takes approximately 30 seconds to power on and music playback isn't possible until Mighty is fully powered on. The LED will turn from solid green to blinking green once Mighty is fully powered on. 2. You must have at least one playlist synced to Mighty. To check, connect Mighty to the app, go to the Home screen, and any synced playlists will appear on that screen.
If you're using Bluetooth headphones - 1. Confirm that the headphones are connected to Mighty. To check, connect Mighty to the app, go to the Connections screen, tap the Bluetooth logo, and look for the headphones listed in the Bluetooth Accessories section. A green checkmark will be shown next to the headphones if they're connected to Mighty. 2. If you've confirmed that your Bluetooth headphones are connected to Mighty and you still can't hear music, plug in wired headphones and try again. If you can hear music with wired headphones, then there is a connection issue between Mighty and the Bluetooth headphones. 3. If you still can't hear your music, please email us at heyo@bemighty.com and we'll respond within one business day to help you troubleshoot.
If you're using wired headphones - Please email us at heyo@bemighty.com and we'll respond within one business day to help you troubleshoot.
