I can't connect to Mighty in the mobile app

Look at Mighty when you attempt to connect it to the app. If Mighty's LED blinks blue, press the play button to connect.

If the above doesn't resolve the issue -

1. Restart Mighty. To power off, press and hold the play button for four seconds until the LED turns orange. Wait twenty seconds, then press the play button to power Mighty back on.
2. Plug Mighty into a charger.
3. Wait for Mighty's LED to turn white, indicating that it's powered on. This can take up to 30 seconds.
4. Go to the Bluetooth screen and Mighty's name will appear.

Android users only: Turn off your phone's Location services and Bluetooth services, wait 5 seconds, then turn them back on. You may need to do this through the Settings on your phone as opposed to the Quick Access bar. Then, open the Mighty mobile app and try to connect your Mighty again. If prompted, you must give Mighty access to your location (this is an Android specific Bluetooth Low Energy requirement).
