Bluetooth playback is stopping or skipping.

This is a common Bluetooth issue, especially for small devices like Mighty. The Bluetooth antenna in Mighty is smaller than the antenna in most smartphones, so it's more difficult to maintain a strong Bluetooth connection. We've found that playback is most stable under these conditions:

- Restart Mighty prior to playback. To power off, press and hold the play/pause button until the LED goes orange. Wait twenty seconds, then press the play/pause button to power Mighty back on. Mighty is fully powered on once the LED goes from solid green to blinking green (if not plugged into charger) or white (if plugged into charger).
- Wear Mighty outward facing on your sleeve, pocket, or wristband.
- If playback starts to get interrupted, put Mighty right next to the headphones for a few seconds and it should stabilize.
- If playback starts to get interrupted, don't press any buttons for a few seconds. Just let the issue resolve itself.
- Use the Normal Download Quality when syncing your Spotify playlists. This setting can be adjusted in the Connections tab (bottom left) by clicking on the Spotify logo.

GOOD TO KNOW
Our latest firmware updates have improved the Mighty's BT playback. Make sure you are always running the latest firmware by selecting 'Software Update' in Settings (the hamburger button in the top left corner of the Home and Browse tabs). Please also ensure that you've updated the Bluetooth accessory's firmware to the latest version. Refer to the anufacturer's user manual for instructions on updating the accessory's firmware.

If playback is stopping or skipping, it's likely because your Bluetooth accessory doesn't have a strong enough connection to Mighty. We've found that the Bluetooth connection is strongest and playlist is the most stable under these conditions:

1. Mighty is worn outward facing on your sleeve, pocket, or wristband.
2. Normal Download Quality is used when syncing your playlists. To adjust Download Quality, connect Mighty to the app, go to the Connections screen, tap the Spotify logo at the top of the screen, then tap "Download Quality".
3. Make sure that you're running the latest version of firmware on Mighty (version __) and on the Bluetooth accessory (refer to the user manual). To update Mighty's firmware, connect Mighty to the app, go to the Home screen, tap the three bars in the upper left to expose the Settings menu, then tap "Software Update".

If playback starts stopping or skipping during use, we've found that these steps can help restore playback to normal:

1. Put Mighty directly next to your Bluetooth accessory for a few seconds and allow playback to stabilize.
2. Don't press any buttons for a few seconds and let the playback stabilize on its own.
3. Restart Mighty. More information on powering Mighty on and off is here.
