Return/Exchange policy

Within 30 Days of Purchase
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from, you may request a full refund for the purchased price of the product minus all associated costs. Please contact us at for return instructions.

Mighty will provide US customers with a return shipping label. Non-US customers are responsible for shipping product to Mighty's US warehouse and all associated costs.

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in the same condition as you received it and must be in its original packaging. Mighty will not provide refunds for any product which is damaged, missing parts, and/or not in its original packaging. We may request a receipt or original proof of purchase prior to issuing a full refund. Once your returned product is received and inspected by Mighty your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 15 business days. If your request for a refund is rejected for any reason, we will email you. 

After 30 Days of Purchase
If your product is defective per the terms of Mighty's Limited Warranty, you may request a replacement product. Products deemed defective by Mighty will be replaced free of charge. Products not deemed defective by Mighty cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt.

Non-Functional Upon Receipt
If your product is non-functional upon arrival, Mighty will provide a replacement free of charge. Please contact for return instructions.

Products may only be exchanged if found defective per Mighty's Limited Warranty. Please contact for exchange instructions.

Can I return my e-gift card?
All e-gift card sales are final and can not be refunded.

Scope of Policy
The policies above apply to orders made on only. Orders made through any other channel will adhere to that channel's return, exchange, and warranty policies.
